"The Interviewer" Package

This course is for anyone who wants to improve their interviewing skills, whether an individual or part of a team. It's an especially good fit for someone who wants to quickly improve their interview skills but doesn't need to focus on the other aspects of hiring (Creating a role spec, sourcing, screening, process & decisions, selling, etc.)

This course is primarily designed to teach individuals at companies the way to maximize accuracy and candidate experience during the interview process. It's not designed to teach candidates how to maximize their success.

We focus on practical scenarios that you'll actually encounter in interviews. Our strategies are based on real-world experiences, not just theory. We also offer live learning as part of every course, because we believe interviewing is ultimately a "human" experience and any training in the field requires in-person interaction. 

We offer a monthly 1-hour private workshop for all our TOD members. Expect a mixture of 50% Q&A and 50% pair-up interview practice with coaching feedback. 

In order to attend the Live Learnings you must first complete the TOD content. This will take you approximately 2 hours and will ensure that you're a quality practice partner for the other attendees.
