Anduril Ops Practice

1. Take turns being the Interviewer and Candidate.
2. Interviewer kicks off the interview, give your intro, set the agenda.
3. Get through the questions (with follow-ups!):

What is the toughest analytic problem you've faced? (understand the problem, their insight/contribution, the result, the impact)

What is the hardest thing you’ve learned to do? (understand what prompted it, which part was hardest, how they unlocked it, what they were proudest of)

What culture was the best fit for you, but not for others? (get specific on what they liked and what energized them, try to get a specific story that most exemplifies it)

What culture was the worst fit for you, but good for others? (get specific on what they didn't like and what energized them, try to get a specific story that most exemplifies it)

How were you most misunderstood in your last role? (get root cause, what they did to lead to that perception, what was true for them, how open/resistant they appear, etc.)

4. When done, Candidate rates Interviewer’s follow-up questions on a 1-10 scale, and offers one suggestion for improvement. Give rapport feedback too!

Switch roles and repeat. ~20min per side, ~40min total.
